Date: 25th March

These sessions are designed to support individuals either involved in, or entering into, a Mentoring relationship.
What would you like to achieve in collaboration with your mentor?
Mentoring is a conversation with a purpose. This workshop is designed to outline the key principles of mentoring and, importantly, how to structure your sessions to meet your objectives.
Your mentor will have experience and knowledge of the Financial Services industry. They are here to help you identify and achieve professional goals, develop soft skills and to advise on workplace challenges. We will discuss all this and more in this workshop.
This session is virtual and designed to support and complement mentoring programmes running both in-house and cross-company, as well as those through our partnership organisations.
During this workshop we will discuss:

Giving meetings a process
Preparation: Agenda; Action Points; Feedback.
Phases of the Mentoring relationship: Building rapport; Setting direction; Progression; Wrapping Up; Moving on.
Building and developing trust.
The Mentoring agreement.
Setting Direction.
