About the Academy
The City Hive Academy aims to support professionals in all roles, and across all levels, to develop their careers and is designed to complement our supporting firms L&D initiatives whilst introducing new themes and topics synonymous with City Hive’s highly respected EDI authority and expertise.
The Academy introduces an innovative schedule of online masterclasses, workshops and forums delivered by guest facilitators, Industry Leaders, and associates from the City Hive Experts Bureau, to deliver content in an atmosphere that is motivational and enables self-challenge.
In 2024, the Academy includes free-to-access Mentoring Training, building on the success of our consistently over-subscribed City Hive Cross-Company Mentoring scheme. Please note, City Hive will not be matching a cohort in 2024, instead we will focus on Mentoring Coaching and Training designed to complement existing industry mentoring programmes allowing City Hive to reach even more people across the industry
