Esther Muschamp

HR Manager, WHEB Asset Management

Esther Muschamp joined WHEB Asset Management in May 2022 in a new role as HR Manager and is responsible for HR support for employees, managers and partners at WHEB as well people related projects. WHEB is a mission driven business to advance sustainability and create prosperity through positive impact investments and is a B Corp. Esther is passionate about working for an organisation that is committed to having a positive impact on all stakeholders.

Esther has a wealth of HR experience spanning several diverse industries and sectors as well as both large and small organisations. She started her career as a Graduate Trainee with the NHS before moving into Investment Banking where she worked for 8 years. She has also worked as Operations Director for a small business and prior to moving to WHEB she was a HR Business Partner for NTT Data.

Esther is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a LLB (Hons) Law Degree from Liverpool University and a MA in Personnel and Development from Liverpool John Moores University.  Esther lives in rural Berkshire with her family, she has 2 young children and enjoys volunteering in the local community so life is busy!
