Karina Langan

Head of HR, TT International

Karina is the Head of HR for TT International and is responsible for all aspects of HR at the firm. She manages a small but busy team which aims to provide exceptional support for the staff at TT and gets involved in a range of other activities outside of HR such as EDI, Social and Charity committees. Karina sits on the Operations Committee at TT and is a member of TT’s strategy team.

Karina previously worked for Mirabaud as the Head of HR in the UK where she spent eight years gaining invaluable experience across asset management, private wealth management and brokerage. Prior to joining Mirabaud, Karina was Head of HR for Armstrong International, an Executive Search firm, having worked as a recruiter herself in her early career.

Karina is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a BA and LLB from National University of Ireland Galway and an MA in Personnel and Development from University of Westminster. Karina lives in North London with her husband and their two young children and enjoys spending time with their large wider family.
