Over 10 years risk management experience working within the financial services industry for top tier banks and Global Asset Management firms. My experience constitutes of leading, developing, implementing, and embedding risk management frameworks whilst ensuring excellent Client outcomes.

I am a passionate advocate of Diversity Equity & Inclusion who has helped drive the DEI agenda at Aviva Investors.  Aviva Investors have Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) targets within three key areas - Ethnicity, Gender and Social Mobility. I have helped play a key role in the supporting the firm achieving its DEI targets and objectives through leading the Ethnicity Workstream. My role within the Ethnicity Workstream has also seen me leading conversations on race with senior leadership including Board members, reverse mentoring a member of the Executive team whilst supporting to drive positive cultural changes.

Outside of work – I enjoy travelling, keeping active and watching football.
