Vocal Confidence: Public Speaking ONLINE WORKSHOP

Hosted by Sylvie Lui
Date:
19th March
Time:
1pm

Public Speaking. A topic that fills many with dread – even though it appears to be an unavoidable element of any professional journey. But what if we could change our perspective? While many of us may never love it, public speaking can become something that is not viewed with immediate dread and instead becomes an area that we can learn to navigate and even succeed at.

Join City Hive and Executive Voice, Accent, and Communications Coach, Sylvie Lui (Founder of SLVC Voice Training in London), to discuss and learn more about using our voices with confidence and communicating more effectively with our audiences.

The fun and interactive workshop covers:

  • Vocal Confidence – finding your voice and body posture and breathing techniques.

  • How do you feel about public speaking?

  • Your perception of your own image and what others see.

  • Being heard – literally!

  • Your body language.

  • Confidence and impact exercises.

  • Understanding your audience and how to make a connection.
